Biography

A visionary leader and multipreneur, Omotayo Olaboyin is the Founder & CEO of Cluvalley, a multifaceted global conglomerate with a diverse portfolio spanning hospitality, travel, real estate, and community impact. Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, Omotayo holds a B.Eng. in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (Delta), blending technical expertise with innovative entrepreneurship. One of the youngest founders in Nigeria's hospitality and real estate sector, she leverages her business acumen to drive Cluvalley's growth while exploring strategic investments in the oil and gas sector. 

Driven by a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit, Omotayo launched Cluvalley to create sustainable, human-centric businesses that transform lives. As a transformational leader, she builds resilient ventures focused on long-term value, integrity, purpose and excellence. Omotayo's approach is rooted in mentoring, empowerment, and exceeding expectations, fostering a culture of innovation and purposeful growth across Cluvalley's brands.

Introduced Cluvalley Concierge (2022) –A luxury concierge brand that provides end‑to‑end lifestyle management for UHNW clients.
Launched Cluvalley Realty (2022) – A real estate agency that offers premium real-estate advisory, property management, development, investment and rentals.
Introducing the Cluvalley Hotel brand -A multinational hospitality brand with a diverse range of boutique hotels, resorts and vacation properties across luxury, premium, midscale, and economy segments [first flagship opening soon] (2026/27).
Launched Cluvalley Foundation - A Non-profit/ Charitable arm delivering community impact. Empowering Entrepreneurs & youths and building sustainable futures for marginalized groups.
